Pradidali Hut Loop
A two-day hike along the footpaths between the Pradidali and Velo della Madonna Huts: this is one of the most spectacular loop of the central section of the Pale di San Martino.
First Day: from the Velo Hut take the “Sentiero del Cacciatore” (742), climb over Cima della Stanga and then go down to Val Pradidali until you get to Portela. Then take the footpath 709, which leads to the Pradidali Hut in little more than two hours. We recommend to reserve your overnight stay at the Pradidali Hut, call +39 0439 64180.
Second Day: there are two ways to get back to the Velo Hut: follow the signs footpath 739 through the Porton and Velo via ferratas, duration – around 3,30 hours. Or take the longer hike over Passo di Ball and the Nico Gusella and Velo via ferratas to reach the Velo Hut, duration – 4,30 hours.
