Ferrata del Velo

From the Velo Hut take the footpath heading East, in the direction of Spigolo del Velo. Turn your back on the Hut and follow the footpath 739 which leads you to the first stretch of ferrata in a few minutes. A couple of ladders, a few metal rungs and the usual fixed cables are well placed and set in the more exposed sections; on the top, you come to a level section of the trail, which bring to the point where the Porton via ferrata and Nico Gusela cable-aided path branch off.

The via ferrata is pleasant and sometimes requires some technical skills. A couple of sections are rather exposed but well protected.
